Bryan Benjamin is a Vice President with The Conference Board of Canada where he provides leadership for the Economic Forecasting, Health, and Indigenous & Northern Communities Knowledge Areas. In this role, Bryan oversees diverse teams dedicated to research, forecasting, and convening activities. In addition, he is also accountable for the Niagara Institute, the Conference Board's leadership development division.
Bryan has over 20 years of progressive experience as a senior leader in human capital management, workplace transformation, organizational change, leadership development, and learning. Prior to joining the Conference Board, he was the Managing Director of the Canadian Talent and Leadership Development business for a leading global talent development company where he was responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, operations, and leadership of a large team across Canada.
Bryan holds a Master's degree from the University of Guelph, a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bishop's University. Bryan is a Certified Human Resources Leader and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
