The service enables executives to understand at a glance the economic trends of industries affecting their business. Key drivers of the sectors are concisely analyzed with principal conclusions drawn on the present and future trends.
Each of the 19 Canadian industries is updated twice a year using the Conference Board's econometric and financial model and covers five-year forecasts. Reports include an assessment of the key issues, risk, recent performance, and supply and demand drivers both domestically and internationally, as well as a financial analysis of the sector. Forecasts and recent history are demonstrated in an easy-to-read table format that displays output (gross domestic product), employment, prices, revenues, costs and profits. Each industry has current and historical reports.
